100-Day Deep Sleep Guarantee

We're so confident that the Sleeper Hold is the best travel pillow ever created that we'll give you a full 100 days to try it out.

Use it on a plane, in a car, at the office, or anywhere else, and if it doesn't provide you with the deepest seated sleep you've ever experienced, just send it back for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 100 days from the date you received your Sleeper Hold. Although the Sleeper Hold does not need to be in new condition (since we expect you to have tried it at least a few times), it must not be damaged or show excessive wear and tear. You will also need to show proof of purchase. 

For domestic orders, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Simply click here and we'll walk you through the process. All you will need is the email address that you used when placing the order and within 3 easy steps we will have your return or exchange processed.

For international orders, please email us at support@sleeperhold.com with your order number and the product(s) that you would like to return, and we will help process your return. Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders. We do not reimburse shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

Any items returned without first gaining authorization from the Sleeper Hold support team will be rejected.

Damages or Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is incorrect, defective or damaged, send an email to support@sleeperhold.com with photos of the problem, so that we can verify the error and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you still haven't received a refund, please contact us at support@sleeperhold.com.


We do not accept returns nor issue refunds for pledges and pledge rewards received from crowdfunding websites (i.e., Kickstarter and Indiegogo).
