What makes the Sleeper Hold so amazing is that it works on so many different modes of transportation.

For airplane use, the Sleeper Hold works best when attached to the adjustable headrests that come standard in most modern airplane seats (since it won't block the TV monitor for the person sitting behind you).

If you're in a seat that doesn't have an adjustable headrest, you can wrap the strap around the seat-back (assuming there is no TV monitor in the seat-back). In the unlikely event that the airplane seat does not have an adjustable headrest but does have a TV monitor in the seat-back, then you would not be able to connect using the seat strap. In this case, you can just place the pillow against the window (or your neighbors shoulder), and lean against it to doze off like you would with virtually every other travel pillow on the market.

The eye mask is fully detachable and can be washed on a delicate cycle along with the removable pillowcase. Remember to zip up the pillow case before washing.

All parts should be air dried.
