The Sleeper Hold Microsuede Mask connects to the Standard Strap or the SouthWest Strap to create a perfect perfect head support. The Standard Microsuede Mask fits almost all heads, but if you find that your head is a bit too big, you'll want to try our XL Microsuede Mask. 

Metal hooks are included, but pillow and seat straps are NOT included with standalone mask purchase.
